Granary Restaurant
A warm welcome to you
Hello Everyone
If this is going to be your first visit to us there is no need to worry about getting lost as we now have ‘Crag House Farm’ brown signs on surrounding routes to help you find us.
Hopefully by viewing our menu and photos we will tempt you to pay us a visit in the Granary Restaurant. Whether it be a full meal or just a light lunch, we have a great menu choice available.
Through the charities Agricultural & Butchery Projects we sell and serve our own eggs, lamb and beef, plus through our Production Project we make our own cakes, and ready meals. We are proud to be able to produce so many products here at the farm that are ‘Zero miles’.
We are also available as a venue to hire for that special birthday or anniversary*.
If you would like any more information please email me on tim.parkinson@caringforlife.co.uk
We look forward to welcoming you.

Granary Restaurant
The original Granary Café (now the 'Grab N Go'), was opened in 2008 after the charity, Caring For Life needed to find a different approach to fundraising. After losing its local government funding, it was crucial for Caring For Life to be more self sufficient in how it raised funds. The Café was opened and had capacity for just 30 customers. It quickly became full each lunchtime through word of mouth and so funding was sought and achieved to provide a new home, resulting in the opening of The Granary Restaurant in 2012. Located next to the 'Grab N Go', the larger barn dates back to the 17th Century and has some truly wonderful features.
The conversion marries perfectly the new and old.
