I'm delighted to be able to invite you along to our popular 'hands-on' pasta making experience, led by Chef Al from Casa Lasagna in Leeds, who makes the authentic Lasagna we sell in our Farm Shop deli.

About The Event
Al found his passion for Italian cuisine from the early age of 9 when he started working in his wonderful multi-generational family restaurant, in an Alpine Village north of Lake Como. He was trained to exacting standards by his Uncle, the head Chef, making delicious Italian dishes and fresh pasta like his Nonno & Nonna had been serving in their successful 'Ristorante Lo Scoiattolo' since the 1950s.
Each of you will be provided with all the ingredients, equipment and pasta machine for use on the day.
This exclusive experience includes:
🇮🇹 a glass of Prosecco on arrival
🇮🇹 short talk on the history of pasta
🇮🇹 pasta making demonstration
🇮🇹 hands-on step by step guidance as you make your own pasta
🇮🇹 enjoy a meal using your pasta creation with Ragu (beef/veg) made by Al, and focaccia & dressed salad
🇮🇹 discounts when you buy an Authentic Casa Lasagna on the day
The workshop should last approximately 2 hours.
