Pete Washburn, our resident Chef & Preserve Specialist will teach you how to preserve this summer's abundance of fruits into juicy jams. On arrival you will be served our 3-tiered Afternoon Tea stand, which includes our freshly made fruit scones with homemade jam and we'll send you home with a jar of our homemade jam as a 'thank you' for joining us.
