The Granary Restaurant serves a delicious range of meals including hearty full english breakfasts, tasty lunches and our famous afternoon tea. Wherever possible we use locally sourced ingredients, including our own farm fresh meat and eggs.
Along with a beautiful range of giftware, we are proud to sell many products produced here at the farm, including our own meat, eggs and ready meals. Our quality speaks for itself!

Granary Restaurant

The Granary Restaurant first opened in 2008 after the Charity Caring For Life needed to find a different approach to fundraising.
After losing it’s local government funding, it was crucial for Caring For Life to be more self sufficient in how it raised funds. The restaurant was opened and had capacity for just 30 customers.
It quickly became full each lunchtime through word of mouth and so funding was sought and achieved to provide a new home! The barn dates back to the 17th Century and has some truly wonderful features. The conversion marries perfectly the new and old.
Farm Shop

The Farm Shop stocks the finest quality foods, from local meats, cheeses and chutneys to luxury chocolates and tasty treats.
We have a Deli Counter selling luxury cheeses, locally sourced meats, and delicious cakes baked in the Granary kitchen.
The shop's major focus is to champion small suppliers,
many of them local.
Garden Nurseries

Our Garden Nurseries provide you with a beautiful range of top quality houseplants, outdoor plants, seeds and bulbs, as well as gardening supplies, pots and planters.
Our new pet supplies section stocks quality pet foods, treats, toys and beds for Dogs, Cats and Birds.
Grab and Go Coffee Shop
OPEN MONDAY-SATURDAY 9-4
Our Grab and Go Coffee Shop is OPEN, selling a range of Hot Drinks, Snacks and Tasty Treats to enjoy!
We have an indoor seating area in the Garden Nursery.
So collect your food and drink from the Coffee Shop and then you can, sit and relax in the warm seating area through the Garden Nursery.
Well behaved dogs are welcome there too!

Real People Making a Real Difference
Crag House Farm is the Headquarters to the Christian Charity Caring For Life. The charity seeks to support disadvantaged and vulnerable people here in Leeds. The farm is used to host a variety of therapeutic daytime projects. This constitutes a very small part of what the Charity does. Caring For Life is able to offer residential homes as well as support in the community. Crag House Farm has been Caring For Life’s home since 1987 and is the public face of the Charity, especially since 2008 when the original Granary Café was opened.
